Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the appointment being rescheduled. A rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.
Please arrive with clean lashes and/or brows, free of makeup, oils, or skincare products around the treatment area when applicable.
Membership services and refills must be used within the designated membership period and are non-transferable.
Memberships are non-refundable once activated.
